Our newest condo building has 3 floors with 6 condominiums, located just 500 meters away from the main Vodice beach area.
All of our buildings across city of Vodice have been built by highest Canadian-American standards and all come fully furnished.
Each condo is 60 m2 (square meters), with 2 bedrooms, full bathroom, large open space living room, kitchen featuring all appliances, dining room, a large hallway leading to the front door and a large balcony. The bedrooms feature hardwood floors, and the rest of the rooms feature highest quality Italian tiles.
All railings along stairwell and balcony are stainless steel, and all floors are made out of highest quality of European granite. Per your request, we can arrange and set up any type of furniture for you, any style, design and color. In each condo, digital cables are provided for all TV and satellite connection, as well as wireless internet connection.
The front door of each unit are custom created and feature highest anti-robbery features including 18 point locking mechanism with bend-proof metal bars within the doors, similar used in all current banks and their safe's. In addition, each condo features an intercom telephone with a buzzer installed outside the building.
